The Great Ķemeri Promenade forms a delicate ribbon hovering over the landscape. The design provides a series of new view points and experiences of the national park.

Rather than a tower, the elevated promenade flips the typology  and creates an extended journey that spans over the existing 1.4km boardwalk, rising to maximum height of 7.5m. The route of the existing boardwalk and footings are maintained to minimise the impact on the environment and the bog subsoil. The gentle rise and fall of the promenade, creates new experiences and observations of the landscape.
